Orsolya Gulyás

PhD Researcher European Economic Governance


Orsolya joined IES as a PhD Researcher in November 2018. Her research focuses on EU discourses surrounding competition and co-operation in multistakeholder internet governance. Originally from Hungary, she earned a research MA in Media Studies from the University of Amsterdam and an MA in Public Policy from Central European University. Combining these backgrounds, she is mainly interested in issues at the intersection of technology and society. Previously she has worked as a researcher at the European Commission, the European Broadcasting Union and the European Future Innovation System Centre.
