This lecture, which will bring the IES/Citadel Statement Lecture Series to a close, will focus on the outputs of one of the EU-funded projects on ICT for governance and policy making. A description of the conceptualisation of stakeholder participation in public policy development will be outlined.

Maria Wimmer is Professor at the University of Koblenz-Landau and Director of the OCOPOMO and eGovPoliNet (both FP7) projects.
