Professor of Global Governance and Regional Integration Studies (2 vacancies)​

The location of these 2 vacancies is UNU-CRIS in Bruges, with whom the IES has a close collaboration and various joint projects.​

 

Student Registration Officer​

As Student Registration Officer, you will be responsible for following up on student applications and registrations for the Postgraduate Certificate programme and the Advanced Master programme ‘MSc in European Integration’. You will follow up on the enrolments of students at the IES (VUB), provide assistance with the planning of courses and exams, help students with administrative procedures, and prepare meetings of the Programme Board. In addition to a very close collaboration with the general IES Secretariat and the Secretariat of the LLM programme, you will be working together with other colleagues (such as the Assistant Executive Director, the Marketing & Communications Officer, the Events Manager, etc.) as well as with other departments of the VUB (Student Administration, MARCOM, and the faculties of Political Science and Law).

 

Human Resources Officer / Dossierbeheerder​

Als Human Resources Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en opvolging van aanstellings-, bevorderings-, verlengings- en uitdiensttredingsdossiers voor al het IES-personeel (o.a. ATP, WPP, DocBursaal en ZAP). Je staat in voor de voorbereiding en opvolging met de personen in kwestie en vormt het contact met de VUB centrale diensten. In dit verband zul je de IES Board, Academic Board of het IES Management bijstaan bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van HR beslissingen.

Naast een zeer nauwe samenwerking met het algemeen IES Secretariaat (Executive Director / Assistant Executive Director, Academic Director, Finance Officer, …) werk je ook samen met andere afdelingen van de VUB (HR, FIN, SAC, en de faculteiten ES en RC).
