The European Union in International Affairs V conference is fast approaching – with +50 academic panels over three days; this is an event not to be missed

 

 

 

 

 

Now in its fifth edition, the #EUIA16 conference will be held between 11 and 13 May 2016, at the Palace des Academies (Royal Flemish Academy of Belgium for Arts and Sciences) in Brussels.

This year the conference will gather academics and policy-makers from all over the world to cultivate new ideas on topics such as:

  • The EU Global Strategy
  • International cooperation in the field of anti-terrorism with a focus on international criminal law
  • EU free trade agreements and their strategic implications
  • Current challenges in EU migration policy

The conference programme will also include keynote speeches, a young researchers’ masterclass, a teaching panel, a think tank roundtable, book presentations and EU-Korea and EU-Russia panels.

The preliminary programme will be made available online in the course of March.
