Lecture: Security and the ethics of uncertainty

Lecturer:
Peter J. Burgess is a Senior Research fellow at the Institute for European Studies (IES).  His other main occupations are Research Professor, Leader, Security Programme at the International Peace Research Institute, Oslo (PRIO) and Adjunct Professor, Center for Risk Psychology, Environment and Safety at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).  He was the co-organizer of the IES Autumn Lecture Series 'Europe under threat: Security, Migration and Integration' held in 2009.
