The EU and China |
The IES formally started its research cluster on the EU and China following the decision by the Executive Board to award the research project “The EU’s Policy towards Greater China” in the fall of 2005. It was not until 2006 that the project actually started. With the appointment of Dr. Xiaokun Song and later that year of doctoral researcher Sigrid Winkler, this cluster has formally taken off. The main promoter of this cluster is Prof. Dr. Bruno Coppieters.
