The IES reserves the right to cancel a training event up to 2 weeks before the date of the event. In the case of cancellation by the IES, the registration fees will be fully reimbursed. IES bears no responsibility for any additional costs incurred (travel costs, accommodation costs, etc.). Putting up speakers on the agenda of the event does not commit the IES. In case the designated speaker cannot participate in the event, the IES will make an effort to provide a suitable replacement.

2 weeks before the event: 25 % of the registration fee
1 week before the event: 50 % of the registration fee
Less than 1 week
until 3 days before the event: 75 % of the registration fee
Less than 3 days before the event: 100% of the registration fee
