 meet that challenge successfully.<br />Dr. Jamie Shea received worldwide attention during the 1999 Kosovo war when he served as the spokesperson for Nato. He is now the Director of Policy Planning in the Private Office of the Secretary
 General at NATO Headquarters.<br /></div>
